Creative directed "lifesize" Barbie packaging. Challenge was showing both outfits so I intruced the "5th panel", open door design. This design would eventually lead to commendations from club stores, Mattel® and internally at CDI®. ©Mattel, ©CDI, Jakks Pacific

Pre-Wrapped Christmas impulse gifts housed in corrugated end-cap display.
Creative direction and/or design of items (from start to finish) for a Walmart® meeting. Focus was "BFF (Best Friends Forever)", so many of the items reflect that concept (i.e. keep half, give half to a friend) by being two pieces held together by handles and labels. These items received much internal praise. Almar VP of Merchandising said packages were "highly creative and innovative". Challenged by Mattel to make make-up sets more inventive. Shop-front concept was a huge success.
Holiday low end sleeved and wrapped gift packaging created exclusively for Eckerd®. Items were displayed in corresponding POP display. The idea was for the consumer to remove the sleeve, cut out the "To, From" tag, and attach it to the gift, making it a great impulse item and easy for the consumer.
